Minutes for Community Council Meeting

February 5, 2024 @ 1:45 P.M. in the conference room

Attendance: Kelly Shulz, Kaylene Wiser, and Sher Elliott

1. Welcomed and reviewed previous minutes, and they were approved.
2. Reviewed Trustland Plan
3. Reviewed TSSA Plan
4. Discussed Final Report for last year and it has been turned in.
5. Discussed middle of the year data. Working toward solidifying the PLC process and keeping the data moving forward. Still working on ELA and asked if parent volunteers are helpful.
6. Did follow-up with the School Land Trust, Digital Citizenship, and School Safety Implementation Plan.
7. Recommendations made for the TSSP and the Land Trust: no recommendations made at this time. Feel that money is going where it needs to go.
8. Discussed the child access routing plan..
