Minutes for Community Council Meeting

March 6, 2024 @ 1:45 P.M. in the conference room

Attendance:  Kelly Shulz, Becky Westergard, Kaylene Wiser, Shauna Allen, Katte Watson

  • Discussed and approved previous meeting minutes.
  • Reviewed Land Trust Goals for the 2023-2024 year
  • Reviewed the TSSA PLan for the 2023-2024 year (changes may be coming to the Beverly Taylor Sorenson Arts Program)
  • Discussed the new Land Trust Goals draft for the 2024-2025 school year. The biggest change is the increase in the ELA goal. Most of the goals are very similar to this year's goals. In place of the math goal it is being proposed that there is another ELA goal. 
  • Discussed the current Reading Data that is tied to the goal. Celebrated the improvements.
  • Voted on the proposed Land Trust Goals for the next school year. The vote was unanimous in favor of the goals.
