Carpool and Parking Policy

The speed limit on school property is 5 mph.
Follow the directions given by crossing guards, faculty, and staff. They are working to keep everyone safe.
Be patient, courteous, and attentive. Don't drive when distracted by cell phones.
The north parking lot is for BUSSES AND STAFF ONLY. Please use the large south parking lot at all times.
Cars are not allowed in the bus lane at any time.

Carpool Lanes

Please drop-off and pick-up on the south side of the building.
Please pick up your students no later than 3:25 p.m.
Before school, parents should use the right lane and ensure students enter the school grounds safely.
After school, staff members will help students cross at crosswalks. Watch and follow their directions to keep kids safe and help traffic move along quickly.
Cars should form an orderly line in the right lane and pull forward as far as possible. Be courteous to others.
The right lane is for quick drop-off and pick-up.
- Adults should remain in their vehicles at all times in this lane.
- Pull forward to maximize space for everyone.
- If there is no place to stop, continue around to the parking lot.
The left lane is for driving through.
- Do not stop in this lane as it will cause major safety concerns.
Parents may choose to park in the parking lot to meet their students.
- Students must wait by the fence until they see their vehicle.
- Please model safe procedures and wait for staff to help adults and students cross at either of the 2 crosswalks.
Pull forward and be courteous to other vehicles. We will help students walk safely to your vehicle.

Students are expected to walk their bikes and scooters until they leave the school grounds.
Cars should stop and wait for all students to be out of the crosswalks before proceeding.
Talk with your child beforehand and make sure they know the route to/from home.
Students should stay on the sidewalk or designated walking lane.
Students should not take alternate routes or go through private property.
