PLAIN CITY, UT — Calling all young engineers, designers, and thrill-seekers! Plain City Elementary is thrilled to announce that registration is officially open for our upcoming 2026 STEAM Summer Camp. This year, we are taking learning to new heights with a high-speed theme: Amusement Park Adventures.
Designed specifically for our curious Panthers currently in 2nd through 4th grade, this hands-on camp is the perfect way to keep young minds active and engaged as summer begins.
What to Expect: The Science of Fun
Forget textbooks—this camp is all about project-based learning. Our students will step into the shoes of "Imagineers" to explore the principles of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM). The ultimate goal? Designing and building their very own roller coasters!
Throughout the week, students will:
Problem-Solve: Tackle real-world engineering challenges.
Innovate: Use creativity to design park layouts and ride mechanics.
Collaborate: Work with fellow Panthers to bring their amusement park visions to life.
