Mrs. Davis has been an integral part of our Plain City Elementary family for five years, bringing dedication, care, and enthusiasm to our halls every single day. Originally from neighboring Farr West, she discovered her passion for education through her natural love for children and her deep desire to help them learn, thrive, and grow.
In her role as a Special Education paraprofessional, Mrs. Davis specializes in teaching social skills—helping our students navigate friendships, build empathy, and develop key life tools. Her true "Panther Superpower" lies in her extraordinary patience and listening skills. She works every day to ensure that every child she interacts with feels heard, supported, and valued. When asked about the most important message she hopes to instill in every student at Plain City Elementary, her answer is simple and meaningful: "That they matter and are loved."
For Mrs. Davis, the culture at Plain City Elementary is what makes it such a special place to work. She loves the positive environment where staff members continually uplift and support one another. Among her favorite school traditions are Yearbook Day and the excitement surrounding the last day of school.
